Sibley Gardens Is A Family Owned Independent Restaurant Located in Trenton, Michigan. We Have Been Open Since 1935, and Owned by the Piunti Family Since 1944. My Grandfather, Sam Sr., and Father, Sam Jr., Built Our Present Location in 1949, and Ran It Until 1955, When he and My Grandmother, Mary, Pursued Other Businesses Until 1961, When My Father and Grandmother Returned To Sibley Gardens. Now in Its Third Generation, the Piunti Family Runs It To This Day Sibley Gardens Has Been Serving Great Meals in the Same Location for Almost Sixty Years! Thanks To You, Sibley .
